Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 10 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to us by text or call with your order number and well be happy to send it to you by the method of your choosing.
How does the billing process work?
We offer two convenient ways to pay:
Cash App: You can easily pay the invoice using Cash App by sending the payment to [Insert your Cash App tag here, e.g., $neighborscapelawncare. Please include the invoice number in the memo for proper tracking.
Credit Card on File: If you have provided a credit card, we will use this method to process the payment automatically at the close of the service period, unless you notify us otherwise.
Why do I still have weeds after treating my lawn?
Weed control is an ongoing process. Weeds germinate at different times of the year, and some products only kill existing weeds, not future ones. Proper mowing, watering, and fertilizing are the best defenses against a weed invasion.
How often should I mow?
Mowing frequency depends on your grass type and how fast it’s growing, but the goal is to consistently follow the one-third rule. During peak season, this may mean weekly mowing.
Is it possible to change my date?
If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
- We will happily reschedule your service to the next available slot on our route with no fee applied.
- For clients on a recurring schedule, we will simply adjust the timing of your next service to keep your yard looking great.
2. Late Rescheduling (Minor Fee)
If you must cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a small fee is necessary to cover the fuel and scheduling time we’ve already allocated.
- Fee: You will be charged a $15 Administrative Rescheduling Fee.
- Note: We reserve the right to waive this fee twice per calendar year for our long-term, loyal customers.
3. Day-of Cancellation or No-Show (Standard Fee)
If you cancel the day of service or our crew arrives and cannot perform the job due to a client-related issue (locked gate, yard full of obstacles, etc.), this represents a significant disruption to our route and crew’s wages.
This covers the crew’s travel time and the loss of revenue from the scheduled slot.
Fee: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
